Hi, what's up?
I checked out the site earlier you linked to on here, and I kind of understand what you are saying. I read a lot of reviews from numerous genealogy magazines that stated that FTM 2008 wasn't a very good version.
Have you tried FTM 2009 yet? I see you have a spot ready on the site there for your reviews on the program.
Do you think that a lot of the errors that occurred in the 2008 version have been fixed?
I don't usually store large amounts of media on my Family Tree Maker, but I do upload pictures and obituaries occasionally. It sounds like FTM 2008 wouldn't keep that if I had gotten 2008. Also, you stated that the data fields for birth and deaths were also mixed up. Do you mean that there is a seperate slot for every location, for instance: Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, would all have separate slots? I was confused by this.
Thanks
