Your post was the only one that came up in a search for H5, here on this DNA forum.I sent in my kit to the SMGF lab in their initial program abt the time that Nat'l Geographic did theirs. After a while, I had an offer to transfer the results to www.genetree.com site, where some others have added their results, now.I think that anyone can upload their mtdna results there, to add to the database and also to see if there's anyone who's a "match" for them to compare results with.I had several to match up with, but so far haven't been able to come up with a common denominator, for the female ancestor we share.seems like we share the SE area of KS as a sort of "meeting" place, ca1920.It's just a beginning, tho; and I'm looking fwd to meeting more who add their results to the base.Just a thought, that it might help to fill in the blanks for those "missing women" in our trees.
