Re: Tab key prompts to program to not respond

I've rebooted my machine and the problem still occurs.Add this to the list of problems-I just received some new FTM Family Archives CDs and tried to view them.I opened FTM and clicked on the CD icon and nothing happened.The program stopped running and responding.I closed everything and restarted my machine.This time I tried viewing the CD through the "view" button in FTM and the same thing happened.If I reinstall the program, will this fix the problem?
