Occasional OLE Error Message

I am running FTM version 11 on a Windows 98 SE operating system.

Usually all is well, but once in a while I get this error message when I try to open FTM:

"Error Occurred in OLE2NLS.DLLPlease try reinstalling OLE"


I just restart my computer and I am then always able to open FTM.

But what does this message mean?And should I be troubled by it or just ignore it and restart?
