Thank you for your prompt reply.A couple of months ago, I posted a request for help with my problem of getting an error message when I performed a search using "Web Search Resources".
I incorrectly submitted the request on the wrong forum, but you replied and eventually advised me to contact support at Ancestry (I think it was Ancestry).There, they advised me that they were having a problem with the database, but were aware of it and were working on it. Other people were having the same trouble.After a week or two, they apparently resolved the problem.
Now, it is an intermittent problem; almost like a server that can't handle any more traffic. Web Search Resources function can be functioning properly and all at once all I get is a brief flash of the destination address, then Done, and from there on it repeats itself over and over.
Sometimes the same thing happens when I try to go to other Ancestry databases directly without using FTM.
This is basically what I stated in my todays request for help.I don't know what else to say to better describe things for you.
