Dear Bob James:

THANKS for your kind words !!!

Judging from what happened at the 1995 and 2000 exhumations, OBVIOUSLY someone doesn't want the REAL TRUTH to get out to the public. Therefore, in my opinion, EXTRAORDINARY PRECAUTIONS will have to be taken with regard to the DNA testing of your envelopes. This is a disheartening and demoralizing ( not to mention extremely expensive ) prospect, to say the least. Even if all possible precautions are funded and implemented, the Illuminati with their extremely advanced technologies ( such as "time-tunneling," "teleportation," and "electronic mind-control" ) might still be able to interfere and tamper not only with the DNA test results, but even with the original evidence itself, if that was found to be necessary !!!

Of course, the Illuminati would not bother launching any such subterfuge/countermeasures until they had evidence that a properly planned/funded DNA project on your part was ACTUALLY NEARING COMPLETION, AT WHICH POINT ( ONLY ) the project would constitute an ACTUAL THREAT to their long-term interests. There is no telling how they would choose to deal with this threat to their interests.

Based on this line of reasoning, many would argue why bother undertaking such an expensive project in the first place, when the chances of its being covertly sabataged/destroyed by its enemies are so great? Admittedly, I have no convincing counter-argument in reply to this objection. Submitting the envelopes for DNA testing SEEMS to be a good idea, until you start considering precisely WHO ( various Illuminati families and power structures ) might be SEVERELY THREATENED by the DNA test results. It is not so much that these specific test results, per se, would be such a tremendous threat to the Illuminati. Rather, from the Illuminati's perspective, it is the case that these specific test results might very well constitute the first STRONG LINK in a long chain: eventually, that first STRONG LINK "MIGHT" lead to other STRONG LINKS, which "chain of links" POTENTIALLY could lead all the way back to PROOF of the ILLEGITIMACY OF QUEEN VICTORIA OF ENGLAND. The Illuminati don't want ANY links of that "PROOF-CHAIN" to be discovered or established. Therefore, their strategy would be to "nip it all in the bud" ( at the BEGINNING of the PERCEIVED THREAT, which BEGINNING in this case is the DNA evidence present on the envelopes in the custody of Bob James ).

Therefore, whether or not extraordinary precautions are taken, in EITHER case it is likely we will witness Illuminati tampering once the decision has been made to subject these envelopes to DNA testing. The primary disadvantage to DNA TESTING is that THE EVIDENCE IS DESTROYED DURING THE TESTING PROCESS - - if the decision is made NOT to do DNA testing, at least all the evidence is still IN TACT !!!

Under these peculiar circumstances, AT THIS TIME IN HISTORY, if the decision was up to me whether or not to submit the envelopes for DNA testing, I would opt for NOT having them tested. I would rather PRESERVE THE EVIDENCE than have it destroyed during testing and probably STILL NOT find out the REAL TRUTH OF THE MATTER due to Illuminati tampering !!!

This is certainly a VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS, but it must be soberly faced and a responsible decision made based on a realistic assessment of these factors. It may be far wiser to DO NOTHING and SIMPLY WAIT, until better opportunities present themselves - - at least the PRIMARY EVIDENCE ITSELF will still be in tact. New and better options will present themselves in the future, the current situation with DNA testing is only in its infancy. My advice is to NOT have the testing done at this time, due to the ADVERSE CONDITIONS which surround this whole subject at this time.

Most Sincerely yours,

P. K. K.
