Hello, Brenda.A few months ago while rechecking the Knowlton -Dodge ancestors on my husband's line, I stumbled onto Captain Richard More's existence. A Mayflower passenger book was quoted on a Search page.
With the Knowltons, I claim "serendipity" in recognizing the brother Benjamin who married Richard More's granddaughter, Susanna Dutch. That's the sum of my knowledge on finding a Mayflower ancestor.
Benjamin's brother John still acquired a fine lot of relatives, coming from earliest Salem-Beverly families. In fact my husband counts many of your familyamong his ancestors.Sarah Leach married to Joseph Herrick was the aunt of Sarah Leach married to Samuel Herrick, and Elizabeth Balch was the sister of Benjamin Balch married to Sarah Gardner, another grandmother x ? Peter Woodbury and Sarah Dodge are also direct antecedents on my husband's line. I will keep a lookout for any other Knowlton connections in regards to Mayflower passengers for you.
Your distant cousin in law. LD
