There was a Jeremiah Hart, b 5 Apr 1745/6.The book states (p 324) that his residence was Saratoga, NY which is in Saratoga County.His brother Richard is also shown in Saratoga, while Philip's residence is shown as Hart's Village, Dutchess County, NY.
