Please go to the Publish Workspace, Media Collection and select Media Item.
That is a one page view of the Image that you want.
Do you see the Caption, Category, and Description?
I then went into my Book, and inserted that same Media Item and the same information is there.
So, I went to my book and added a Text Item and Inserted that same image.
What I did before I inserted that image, I went to the image and Copied the Description, from the RH side of the image so that I could Paste it under the image. I chose to keep the picture in the center so that there was Text above and below the image. (Description included from the paste)
There is white space around the image because there isn't a text wrapping around the picture that you might be looking for.
I went back to an old book that I had done in Version 16 or earlier to see how I handled the situation about Pictures with Text in previous books.
I used the place holder feature. Did that Editing of the Picture and Text in the Word Processor, made sure I had Page Numbers correct, so that when the book was printed, you really couldn't tell those pages that were from the Word Processor and those from within Family Tree Maker.
I just made sure that the page formatting was the same. The real reason why I do that, is that I'll print those stories / chapters at a higher quality and on photo paper from the rest of the book.
