Hi NatalieThanks for answering. This gentleman has caused a great deal of confusion because he changed his name. Perhaps he also changed his birth residence."My" Edwin was b. Edwin Webber in 1881 in NOva Scotia (maybe census taker thought that sounded like NoDakota). He was still Edwin Webber when he m.in 1899 in BC. THere was a2nd marriaGE - THEN he was Edwin Bassett by the time he m.(3) about 1916. I'm trying to find him in those intervening years to see when he changed the name - and if the Dau. of that second marriage is a Webber or a Bassett. I think the Edwin Webber you found in 1910 in SEattle is probably the right one.Any further info would be much appreciated.
