I agree that if you call a number that we give to order a product, the person that takes the call should be able to place an order for the product you are calling about.
This, though, isn't the issue that started this thread. This thread was started by someone talking about outbound telemarketing. That is an entirely different issue that an inbound sales call. The outbound sales calls are done by a different company and based on what Deby and a few others have reported, we are working with the people who deal with the outbound telemarketing company so that their representatives know that Family Tree Maker and Ultimate Family Tree are separate products and that if they call on someone who has UFT that they should end the call and not try to sell Family Tree Maker.
