Looking for Army pal. Chester Roy. Ruby(US 52407860 Ft. Ritchie, MD)

I am seeking the address of my old Army pal Chester Roy Ruby.
Roy and I were stationed in Washington, DC(Pentagon) for a few months in 1956. I was sent to Japan, and he to Ft. Ritchie, MD. We corresponded until 1957. At that time he was still at Ft. Ritchie(under ground Pentagon) We both were discharged that year, and I have been unbale to locate him. This is the information that I have.
