To all whom it may concern

Know Ye, That William B. Morton a Private of Co. "A" of the 20th Regiment of Infantry who was enlisted on the 10th day of December one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight to serve 3 years is hereby Honorably Discharged from the Army of the United States by reason of G. O. No 141 Headquarters Division of the Philippines, dated December 13th 1900.

The said William B. Morton was born in Worthington in the State of Minnesota and when enlisted was 23 8/12 years of age, 5 feet 4 1/4 inches high, Light complexion, Blue #12 eyes, L. Brown hair and by occupation a Blacksmith.

Given under my hand at Manila P. I. this 24th day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundre and one.
