I don't where you got your citation, but muster cards are typically found in the compiled military service records.Microfilm series M602 is the National Archives microfilm index to the 1812 service records.The service records themselves are not filmed or scanned, you would have to look at them at NARA or order copies.You could check to see if he has a pension, because that will give you a lot of information.Service records don't usually give any family information at all.
