To Sandy: Depending on what state he lived in when he went into the service you can write for his (A.G.O.) file card form # 724. If he went in from Missouri you can write to. Office of the Adutant General,Att:NGMO-DPP-AR,1717 Industrial Drive,Jefferson City,Mo 65109-1468. There is no charge. If washington i have no address. You can write to the State Adjutant Generals Office to reqest this form. Hope this will help you. Thanks ART
