I made a mistake when I posted that AOH is buried at Honolulu. Sorry.
I presume that he died when he went down in flight, and that there was no body to inter.
Instead, his name would be memorialized on the marker at the National Cemetery in Honolulu.
I have visited that site, and it is a most impressive experience, not too unlike visiting the Arizona at Pearl Harber.
