Combat reports vs. After action reports
Does anyone know if there is a difference between combat reports and after action reports?
I noticed that a particular website http://www.militaryunits.com/combat.htmhttp://www.militaryunits.com/combat.htmoffers unit "combat reports" for a fee.I have the after action reports for the particular battle in which I am interested in.Does anyone know if the combat reports have more detailed information. What I have is a general synopsis of the battle, but the interviews are taken about 2 months after the fact.
I would consider purchasing the information, but I fear that I will receive what I already have in my possesion.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Also, does anyone know how to receive a "unit journal"?
