I have copies of two orders my father received after he returned to the U.S.(15 Dec 45) Can anyone help decipher them?

The paragraph starts out saying "Fol EM reld atchd unasgd Recpetion Sta #21 IGMR PA and atchd unasgd Reception Center Ft. Meade Md for processing and reasgmt. WP o/a 20 Dec 45 to places indicated..."
Further in the order it states, "Hawaii, Myers William (my father) 36631815 (his serial) Sgt. TC 229 W. James Lancaster PA 69"

Further in the order it states, RA-ASF-PRD, asgmt to PAC, Cp. Beale Calif. EM are RA onl TC-PAC-Hawaii" Below this information there are headers of Name, GR (Grade?) ASN (Assignment?) CO (Company?) BRKS (?) ROS (?) DUE TO REPORT. The information under each header is Myers, William, Sgt, RA 36631815, B, 733, 1203, 10 Apr 46.
I believe my father planned to "career" in the military, but ended up changing his plans. He received a final discharge dated 20 Aug 46 with reason (Box 40) as Sec III AR 615-362 15 Dec 44 Dependency. His papers show Box 4 as TC and his MOS (Box 30) as Tranportation NC0 014 and Military Qualification as Exp w/M1 Rifle. Is there a place I can find out more info about Box 40?
