Dr Bernard Doyle Capt MC US Army 1942-1945
I am looking for any information on Dr Bernard Doyle. Before entering the US Army he had been at Tufts Int Mercy in Springfiedl Ma 1939-1940, at VA in Framingham 1950-1952, MGH 1952-53,I don't know where he was between 1940 and 1950 though. other than the US Army period 1942-1945.I don't know his rank, where he was stationed, unit or any other related information.
His name is somehow connected to my family, as its on information(genealogy)that my late aunt left. Also the names of Joseph Doyle, Ella Joyce, and James Doyle are mentioned. James could be the others father, but not sure about this.
My family are the O'Donnells(James, his wife Susan "White Doherty, and their children: John, Neal,MaryAnn, Margaret(maggie)Denis,Philip, born in County Donegal between 1868 and 1880).The Bradley Clan were Patrick Bradley his wife Mary McGeoghan(McGoggin) and their children also born in County Dongeal ) Patrick, Margaret, Mary, and maybe Bernard.
Both the O'Donnells, and Bradley's emigrated to the USA around 1896 on the SS Austrian. Most stayed in Ma but some went to Ca, settling in the Santat Clara, and San Francisco area.Margaret married Patrick O'Connor born in Canada and they had a bunch of children: Mary, Frank, Ann,Clara, Kenneth, Jane and Margaret.(think most of the girls became nuns too) Frank married Mary Wade, and Ken married Renee Rossi.
Hope someone can help with any information. I don't have access to paid subscriptions. but thought the census may be helpful.??????
