633rd Engineer Light Equipment Company: Floyd T Farr
I hope that Louie can help me in my query for the 633rd Engineer Light Equipment Company. I'm trying to trace the whereabouts of this company at the day of February 13, 1945, that is the day when Floyd (Tommy)Farr'sjeep hit a landmine that killed him. He is now enterred at Margraten (C-2-17), so it must have been in the Aachen / Jülich area. I recently made some pictures of his grave for Tommy's best friend, who is 81 years old now. He remembers being billeted in a church, or a monastry by that time, and we are trying to reconstruct this period in time. Could you bring the 633 down to a Division or Regiment?
Thanks, Joost, the Netherlands
