James Bradley, Salem MA ww2 Army European theather airborn division
Does anyone remember James J Bradley of Salem Ma. I think most if not all his "buddies" back then are probably deceased as James would be 96 now if he were living.
(he died Jan 9, 1957 in Suagus Ma)
Jim's parents were Patrick Bradley(died March 1931) and
Mary Ann ODonnell Bradley died Nov 20, 1958 both in Salem ma
Jim was married to dot mackin, and had a baby girl back in 1943/44.Lived in Salem Ma all his life .
I'd like to know where in Europe he served. I think the airborn division was 117 or 171, (may be wrong here)
I'd like to find out exact unit, etc he served in, and any other information available.
I can't go to NARA or pay for other lookups so I'm hoping some kind sole may see this and be able to assist me.
Later Jim was a lawyer, and in early 1950's was City Solicitor in Salem Ma under Mayor Collins.
