The 1st Air Commando Group (ACG) began initially (and unofficially) as the 5318th Provisional Air Unit, later redesignated 1st Provisional Composite Air Commandos. Officially constituted (as 1st ACG) 25 March 1944 and organized four days later from existing units in India and Burma. Assigned to Tenth Air Force. " . . . [1st ACG] was truly composite in nature, consisting of transport, fighter, fighter-bomber, bomber, glider and liason aircraft. Formed to support the activities of [British Major-General Orde C.] Wingate's Raiders, known as 'Chindits', the group was, in effect, a complete air force on a group level, capable of providing the complete spectrum of air support" (quote from one source). 319th Troop Carrier Squadron (TCS) was constituted and organized in India 1 September 1944 and assigned to 1st ACG. Group, with squadron attached, moved to United States in October 1945. Disbanded 1948.
No 10th Air Force Association or group veterans association so far as I can determine, although I did locate a message board for locating former members of 10th AF:
