The address to obtain the IDPF file of an individual in Msg #2112 did not work for me. The post office sent it back. However, I was able to submit a request for my uncles's IDPF via e-mail. 1. Search Hint for World War II Casualties. Note: It is not possible to search for individual names in these documents. You will need to view individual pages and scan for the names. Select "Digital Copies" search a. Enter"War Casualties"in the first Keywords box b. Enter"army"or"navy"in the second Keywords box. c. Select "Submit Search". d. The Records Retrieved number will change from 0 to the number of volumes found. e. After you see this number, select "Display Results". f. You will see images of the covers of each State booklet. Click "View All Images". g. View the larger images to read the names on each page.
