I leave in Prato just a few miles from Torricella. On the weekend I use to go with my metal detector around the hills of Torricella and Mangona to try to findsomething interesting. In torricella we find 3 german bunkers and a lot of hols in the ground I think made by the American soldiers. We find also a lot of 30.06 cases.And planty of 60 mm mortar granate still in the boxes. seam that the americans done an heavy bombardments with cannon and mortars before the attack.
I would like to know if possible how many casualtyes there was in both side in this battle.
