The info at the ABMC website should read, "Franklin O. Wallow, Corporal, 36 408 717, Army of the United States; 52d Armored Infantry Battalion, 9th Armored Division; Missing in Action from 24 December 1944; memorial inscription, Tablets of the Missing, American Battle Monuments Commission Ardennes Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium"
52d Armored Infantry Battalion - originally 52d Armored Infantry Regiment - was one of three such assigned to 9th Armored Division. I'd refer you to the division's veterans association as a possible source of contact for former comrades but it appears there isn't one.
His deceased file may provide more information. You'll find instructions on how to order at Message #2112.
