locating WWII vetrans (ie Kermit Littlefield)

Hello,

My Grandfather served in WWII, and he speaks very fondly of a certain "Kermit Littlefield" that was a very dear friend of his during that time.I know that at that time he lived in Maine, and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how I could possibly track him down on the internet or otherwise.I have checked anywho.com which lists people's names, phone numbers and addresses, and have found 2 Kermit Littlefields in the United States, but before contacting them, would like to know if either of them are the right ones.Does anyone have ANY idea??If anyone has an idea on how I can track this person down, or any information about him specifically, PLEASE e-mail me.
