I hope my research pans out....would hate to send you on a "bum steer" !!! Here's what I could find, re: James Blake and Rose Hynes.

22 years of age at arrival.

Admitted to the Female Orphan Institution from the Factory (Reel 6040; 4/403 p.89)
** I could not find Rose Hynes, on board the John Bull, which arrived in 1821. The closest matches I found were a Rose Richley and a Mary Hines. **
