I checked the electoral rolls up to 1964. Didn't get a chance to do anymore as they are under electoral divisions up to the 1980's, year by year and then by surname index. The archives didn't have the later ones. Do you live in London as I'm sure that Australia House may have the Australian electoral rolls for the current period. These are surname indexed by state. If not, I'll see if I can get someone to check them at the Genealogy Society.
I found a C.R. Turner in the phone book [ white pages] as living at Morayfield but don't know if it is Christopher. On the 1998 electoral roll, there is a Christopher Robert Turner living at 5 Douglas Dr., Caboolture [ near Morayfield, may not be yours]
Albert John and Ellen Una Turner of O'Quinn St Nudgee Beach are in the district of Nundah and enrolled there 29 July 1940. [ this is noted on the 1951 roll with a notation beside Albert as dead]no occupation for Albert and Ellen as a housewife. Same district on the 1959 roll with Christopher Robin as a factory employee, enrolled 23 Oct 1958 still with his mother at same address. In 1960, the district changes to Nudgee, 1963 Christopher still at same address. 1962 Ellen Una moves to 565 Sandgate Rd Clayfield and enrolled there 25 May 1962. 1964 under Clayfield district she is still at Sandgate Rd, occup. as a domestic duties. Christopher still at Nudgee Beach.
