I know, it is hard to believe.Apparently the mom 'disappeared' when my friend was a year old, never to be heard of again.I really think it is a dead end since maybe the mom remarried has a new name living somewhere???Or who knows.My friend has a half sister that was born out of wedlock to her mother and this is what information she gave me from her birth:

Augsburg, Rosalind Baumeister, and Elisabeth Baumeister and at the top it says:Stadt Augsburgn(Standesamtm ----Augsburg Nr. 4720).US Department of Justice has Rosalinde Baumeister and my Alien Registration card no. is A11 958 620.

So you can see that I am totally at a loss and really don't think I can help her.
