As I know, approximately in two km to South from Yuratishki there are a small village Kosti (old name "Kostichy").
It's absolutely a tiny village and I'm not sure concerning the phones.
I can be mistaken, but I think «Ilgina»- is a wrong form of your father's surname.
Maybe you have any old records, documents, where a initial form his surnames was written down?
