Hello, Laurent.
The surname "Il'in" (in the English transcription "Iline" probably) and a female form « Il'ina» certainly are widespread in Belarus. But "Il'in" (" Il'ina" ) isn't a traditional Belarusian surname, this type of a surname formation is characteristic faster for Russia.
