Hendrick VAN ESSENHOOGH

I am researching my ancestor HENDRICK VAN ESSENHOOGH,thought to have been born in the Netherlands,probably Belgium, c. 1723, who emigrated into England in the mid-1700s and settled in Canterbury Kent.It has been suggested that his family may have originated in Essen-Hoek.I would be grateful for any information regarding this family, or their origins, or any help in tracing them.
