My Family Tree

I beginning to work on my family tree and I'm in a mess this is all I have My grand Father Emigrated to Canada in 1931 soon after his brother came to Canada Tom Swift. My great grandfather's name is Charles William Hayward Swift and his wife 's name is Rose Carlyle they resided in Maidstone Kent. I have went to our Archives and there is very little information and the Mormon Church has all the Other branches of Swift's as far as I know I'm not related to Sir Jonathan Swift the poet. If any one could be of help I would really appreciate it.
