London Township location

I'm trying to locate a specific place in London Township and haven't been able to find an online map. I'm looking for Lot 6 Concession 20 in London Township Middlesex County, Ontario. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me where it is in relation to St. John's Anglican Church in Arva which is located on Concession 6 Lot 16. I'll be visiting the area next week and would like to be able to see the property where my 4th great grandfather lived. I appreciate the help. Thanks.
