Thomas FOX immigrated to Lawrence MA USA

Hi

Does anyone have any info on Thomas FOX who married and immigrated to Lawrence MA in the 1800's?His daughters were Mary Josephine, Carrie and Gertrude.The rumor is that he was in the English army, jumped ship in Canada and married a French girl.The daughters were all born in Lawrence I believe. Mary married Cornelius Aloysius MCAULIFFE in 1911.
