Looking for information on the Carins

I'm not a Carins but helping a friend find the parents of these people Kelso Carins married to Edith Heath. Kelso was a doctor. Kelso sibblings are Leafeuce(not sure of spelling) and Jean. All born between 1890-1900. They lived in Scotland then moved to Huntsville Ontario Canada (not sure when). If you have any information on any of these people let me know. My friend would really appreciate it.
