Joseph Eugene Dumas 1804 Canada

I am searching for Joseph Eugene Dumas b.
1805 Canada, I do not have a providence. He
migrated to Malone, NY abt. 1845-1848 with
his wife Jane Jean? b. 1820 Canada. They had
two children born in Canada, Zelone b. 1842
and 1844.Joseph and Jane married about
1842 in Canada.Other children were born
in Malone, NY, but I am trying to find Joseph
in Canada and find his line.Our Dumas name
has remained the same as far as I know.Any
ideas would be so appreciated.Thanks.
