I am quite sure that your grandfather will be mentioned in the book Status Animarum of the Parish of Veprinac 1875. - 1925. which will be issued to the end of this year!
Try to see on the http://www.sa-veprinac.com/pppa.htmlhttp://www.sa-veprinac.com/pppa.html, under the H are Hlanudas and your granpa Peter will be under the adress PU 56 which means Puharska 56.
Here I wish to present some of his roots:
- he is son of Hlanuda Andreas (1852-1940) and Anicich Maria (1859.)
- his father is son of Andreas (1826.-1894.) and Lade Lucia (1829. - 1920.)
-Andreas (1826.-1894.)is son of Vincentius and Vidovic Marija
- without any problems I can send you a family tree from 1770. to 1925.
Also the last son of this Hlanudas is leaving in this old house today. Unfortunately this family was poor but very fair and brave people.
