Re: French-Crusaders in Cyprus
This and in your Bancroft forum, is very interesting, and abt. Katherine Parr and Queen Eliz/Princes at the time. Want to digest this more because I have gotten into DNA and find names that match my DNA to be in the midst of these names that you mention.I can't prove but the DNA related names all line up with this Parr line, and others, all the many others in this time and group of people.I am not sure how as my maiden Granary line is not to be found still, but once in the mid 1300's.Henry Granary married Elizabeth de Leeds/D'Eiville and her line intermarries with the Neville's of Raby. So, I am working on this but have read that Hugh de Payen was a Templar and the D'Eiville line were closely aligned with Templar's, I just found some info that I have to learn more about--one Peter D'Eiville obtained land I think or was himself linked to/from the Templars.
Good to hear your thoughts and it would be revolutionary to learn that the Virgin Queen had a child!History writes things in and out eh!
