It is just a small village, so if you don't have a detailed map, you may not find it. It is southwest of Lemvig,and about 1-2 km. from the westcoast. It is about 5 km. straight north of Bøvling Fjord, which is the northern part of Nissum Fjord. It is northwest about 8 km. from Bøvlingbjerg, which should be on a map. Also slightly southwest-mostly west of Ramme, about 6-8 km. From Lemvig it would be about 15-16 km.
This is just approx. distances, but may help you pinpoint it better. Just north of Lisby there is another small village, Nørby and another Fjaltring. It looks like they are very close to each other. Hope it helps. Kaja
