Hi David
Further to your posting and my reply I have been deluged by email & phone calls from overseas saying all emails to me were returned with various, differing messages!
I phoned Telecom my Provider and they had no record of any problem. My computer was checked -all ok - and I have more than enough antivrus etc!
About 3 hours later they phoned to say that others were reporting the same problem so I was not alone!
I have now had 2 days of talking bakwards & forwards and the problem is partly resolved.
It transpires Telecom had an outage about 10/12 days ago. It appears thatsome links with other providers were weakened and slowly one by they broke.
Hence it took a while to realise there was a nationwide problem!
I have not received your email to me of the 24th. so if there is some information which might help me post 1901 I would be grateful to have it.
I must however warn you that it may be mid next week before the problem is totally resolved according to the last call I received about 2 hours ago.
My sincere apologies for the trouble you have been caused - obviously none of us realised what was going on as I was still getting messages from certain Providers but not others.
Sincerely
Marlene
