Have you checked the IGI (LDS site)?
The 1806 baptism of Frances appears to be at Ashill, Somerset, and her mother is given as Sarah.The record is a user-submitted one so needs to be treated with caution until verified against primary sources.
A useful feature of the LDS site is that you can search for possible siblings by searching on parents names, leaving the 'main' name boxes blank. This finds all records of children baptised who had those parents names.
Clearly it's hopeless for common names, like John and Mary Smith, as you get thousands of hits! However, it can be VERY useful with less common names, and can sometimes track a family that moved around a bit.
So, searching on:
Father = William Chorley,
Mother = Sarah,
Region = British Isles,
leads to the following. I don't know if this is all one family of the same couple William and Sarah. I suspect it is. Gives you some other places to to investigate further, anyway, Isle Abbots and Taunton
