I think you have two different families here. One being Edith, Kreeta and Juho Wiitala, whose parents were Juho and Kaisa Wiitala. Also, Hanna Katarina and Naima Aleksandra, whose parents were Juho Tumaanp. Wiitala and Kaisa Tobiantr. Suorsa.
The 1908 Michigan marriage record for Edith K. Wiitala and Johan A. Adamson, identifies her parents as Johan Wiitala and Katie Pietala.I don’t see that surname at Paavola in HisKi.However, the name Pietilä is shown there.
The 1910 Michigan marriage record for Reeta Wiitala, identifies her parents only as John and Kaisa Wiitala.
Also, I found a 1913 Canada to US Border Crossing record for Johan Wiitala, age 26, last permanent residence Paavola, mother Sofia Wiitala, going to join brother-in-law Adolf Adamson, Painsdale, MI.According to the passenger record, Juho Wiitala had previously been in Painsdale,1906-1911.The 1907 SS Lucania passenger record shows Jussi Wiitala, age 20, going to join sister Kaisa in Painsdale. Both passenger lists show Juho Wiitala born in Paavola.
Institute of Migration shows Paavola as the home parish for Edith, Juho and Kreeta Wiitala; but Paavola birth records do not show any of them born there. The most recent Rippikirja available at SSHY is 1900, but I can’t find the family in those records either. However, it is possible they moved to Paavola from another parish between 1900 and the time they emigrated to America.
My guess is the mother of Edith, Kreeta and Juho Wiitala, may have been Kaisa Sofia Pietilä (or some similar variation of the surname), who married a Juho Wiitala.
