BIRTH RECORDS - BORDEAUX AND ROQUEFORT

I have the names, year of birth (although accuracy of year of birth is questionable), town and, except for one individual, the name of one or both parents. Will someone please tell me how to obtain copies of birth records, assuming they exist (i.e., to whom do I write in France,what information do they need and the cost)?One birth occurred in l800, the rest between l830-l845.Thank you.
