Mullaire Family from France

I have a letter written to my great aunt Ruth from someone named Calixte. She lived on 2nd Street in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in 1975. The letter talks about Dana Muller, Maurice and Marie (children of Pauline Wyrth from France)- all of whom I know I am related to. But she also writes "My Mullaires were Calixte (who only was with them on the voyage Marseille to New York), then Louise then Paul then Carolina/Lina, all in or near NYC." I do not know who these people are, and am trying to make the connection.
