Emigration from Haiti to Cuba & USA

Looking for any information on a Marill family, originating from the South of France, who might have emigrated from Haiti/Saint-Domingue between 1792 and 1804-1805.
Also trying to find out when this family arrived in Haiti and where from.
It might also be possible that during the same period some Marill fled Haiti for the USA, possibly to Louisiana or Maryland.
