Kloos from Austria Hungary

I'm presently researching Margaret Kloos, daughter of Matthias Kloos and Catherine Henning, all from Austria Hungary. Margaret was born in 1890. She eventually married Martin Paul and settled in Ellwood City, Lawrence County, PA. I don't know when she came to America. She had a brother, Matt Kloos, who also settled in Elwood City, PA. According to the 1920 census he came to America in 1910. Does anyone know of this family?
