Fritz is right about how little there is on microfilm (concerning Serbia and Montenegro) outside of the country - this is due to certain laws in the country.We are forever expecting parts of those laws to change, but we doubt they will any time soon.It has nothing to do with secrecy or anything of the sort (any YU citizen has full access to these archives) but rather has to do with the fact that so mcuh fro these archives has been either stolen, destroyed or simply disappeared from the archives (over the past century especially) that the Yu govt is not willing to risk losing any more.For more info on how foreigners can access YU archives go to our site www.Serbia-Today.com .
In any case, you would need to go to the Sombor archives to find such records.Or contact me for addresses for relevant archives.Hope this helps!
