On another point...Louis Lamouoreaux is listed with those dates of birth, marriage, in Le Tanquay.It is possible that this is the origin of the IGI entery.Since this work was done in the mid 19th century by Cyprien Tanquay, he must have had some record or confirmation that this date of birth was established for Louis.

More then that, I cannot say, since I am unfamiliar with the family.However, I do have Le Tanquay should you need additional look-ups.
