I have found a few references to G Mordaunt as follows.

"Godfrey Mordaunt, Hemsteads Bridge, Elementeita, 1925."
Elementeita is on the road from Nairobi towards Western Kenya not far from Nakuru.
"G Mordaunt, wife Ann, Koru, (no year)"
Koru is near Kisumu which is on Lake Victoria in the western part of Kenya

"Godfrey Mordaunt, Kaamasai Estate, Songhor, 1930."
Songhor is not far from Koru
